Meet Your Marriage and Family Therapist
Michelle Deely, MA, LMFT
Whether you're struggling with raising older children, looking for healthier ways to cope with the stress of family life or worried about your partner’s drinking or substance use,

This place is for you.
In our work together, you are the priority. During our sessions, I
am active and fully engaged. I am warm, compassionate and lovingly direct; I often use humor to help us make sense of the ridiculous ways life can throw us curveballs. You can count on me to show up authentically every time we meet.
As a mother of three, living and working in San Francisco, I have real-world experience with the daily struggle to be everything to everyone. I understand how caring for ourselves while caring for others can feel impossible.
In therapy we’ll address the loss of identity that motherhood can bring, parenting struggles, relationship challenges and major life transitions. We’ll work through unresolved trauma, depression, anxiety, unhealthy relationship patterns and challenging family dynamics. We’ll map out a way for you to move forward with hope and resilience.

Let me help you lighten the load.
